Hi my name’s Suzanne.
These days my title (apart from Mum, wife, grandma, pet lover, passionate indoor plant collector, veggie grower and high level introvert) is a Business and Marketing Strategist.

See where I am going…
Every single person I know has an incomplete course tucked away somewhere that they swore was going to be the one they were going to complete.
Whether its that post grad diploma that will take you into the next wage bracket, that crypto currency course you felt you should do so you’re up to speed on what that all means, or maybe its just that dog training program you bought 6 months ago when you got your new puppy and still havent opened it!
Even if its an incredibly important project that we know will make a huge difference to our income, our quality of life and our choices, we still struggle to get to it…..
But lets face it, it’s not just the incomplete courses or business projects; it’s what happens to our self-esteem when we have yet another incompletion hanging around our necks. Each time this happens, we doubt ourselves that much more until we basically give up and tolerate the lack of funds, the lack of time and the lack of fulfilled dreams because we just don’t believe we can do it after all.
But wait there’s more…
There is also a phenomena known as BSO syndrome, (and no I’m not talking about a woman’s medical procedure/condition) I’m talking about Bright Shiny Object syndrome. This often presents itself when we are past the first flush of excitement with our new idea and are in the doing-ness (the boring bits) and along comes a facebook/google/instagram Ad offering the answer to all our frustration or boredom and before we know it, we are off on a tangent, probably not remotely related to our original idea.
The problem with BSO syndrome is it robs us of our energy, our motivation and of course our results. We lose sight of the plan we had and we become blinded, albeit temporarily by the lure of that bright shiny object. This is just another thing to chip away at our self-esteem and belief and reinforce that ‘it just didn’t work for me’

Apart from the points already stated here, bear with me for a few more moments while I dazzle you with some data, (hang in there it’s worth it I promise)

Without realising it, I actually put these stats to the test. A few years ago, I launched 2 women’s mastermind groups. The intention being to support each other, share ideas and keep each other on track. These are extraordinary women and we have a blast working together.
Shortly after these mastermind groups commenced, I wanted to test a couple of business ideas I was playing with. So I put out the call into one of these groups to see if anyone was prepared to work with me one : one so I could explore these concepts. 100% of them put their hands up to work with me. Incredible to think, even with their outwardly successful lives, they still had unfulfilled dreams and goals and even though I was having a fun and productive time working with these women, I still couldn’t find the formula or solution I was looking for,

It was one of the clearest light bulb moments I’ve ever had….and the rest, as they say, is history!
The one thing they all had in common with their very busy lives, juggling successful businesses, family, home, social lives etc. was no different to any of us, the need to be held accountable, to create a routine, apply a system that was proven to get results and then develop the habits needed to make this goal a reality. (Of course typically, these women prioritized everyone and everything else except themselves.)
